Terms of Use
The Korean version is the governing text; this English version is provided for convenience.
1. Purpose
These terms set the conditions for using the AdRadar app and widgets (the “service”) and the rights and duties of users and the developer. Installing the service or signing in with a Google account means you agree to these terms.
2. The service
The service reads reports from AdMob accounts you have access to through the Google AdMob API and presents them as earnings, breakdowns, a calendar, widgets and milestone alerts. It never changes AdMob settings or ads.
3. Accounts
- Use the service only with Google and AdMob accounts you own or are authorized to access.
- You are responsible for the security of your device and Google account.
- You can stop using the service anytime by signing out in the app or revoking access in your Google Account.
4. Nature of the figures
- Earnings are the AdMob API's estimated earnings (ESTIMATED_EARNINGS), including estimates from third-party mediation networks. Actual payments depend on AdMob's settlement.
- Amounts in currencies other than USD are converted for reference, and projections such as the month-end estimate are statistical estimates from past data.
- Do not use the service as the sole basis for tax, accounting or payment decisions; check official figures in the AdMob console and payment history.
5. Third-party services
The service depends on Google Sign-In, the AdMob API and an exchange-rate service. Changes, outages or discontinuation of those services can limit features. AdRadar is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google; Google and AdMob are trademarks of Google LLC.
6. Prohibited conduct
- Accessing accounts or data you are not authorized to access
- Modifying or reverse engineering the app to disrupt the service or third-party services
- Violating applicable law or the Google API Services Terms
7. Changes to the service
The developer may change or discontinue features to improve the service or follow third-party policy changes. Significant changes are announced in app update notes or on this site in advance.
8. Limitation of liability
- The service is provided “as is”, without warranty of completeness or fitness for a particular purpose.
- The developer is not liable for losses caused by third-party outages, a user's handling of their device or account, or decisions made based on the figures shown.
- This does not limit liability for losses caused by the developer's intent or gross negligence as required by law.
9. Apple App Store
For copies obtained from the App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies. The developer, not Apple, is responsible for support and maintenance of the service.
10. Changes to these terms
Changes are posted on this page with a new effective date. Changes unfavorable to users are announced at least 7 days in advance. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes are resolved in the court with jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
